A clear purpose.
This notice covers the Compound Kim prelaunch waitlist, operated by Kingdom Growth Engine (KGE). It does not cover client data in the future product or the separate existing-client prelaunch offer.
What we collect
When you join, we store your email address, the time of signup, and a record of the consent wording you accepted. We don’t ask for client information, financial records, or payment details.
What we use it for
We use your email to send Compound Kim development updates and news of early-access opportunities. Joining the list does not create a product account, purchase, or guaranteed pilot place. We don’t sell the waitlist or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
Where it is held
The website and waitlist database run on Cloudflare. Access to signup records is restricted to authorised KGE account administrators; there is no public directory or signup lookup. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the site, which can involve processing in multiple countries.
To limit automated submissions, the form temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s network address and the current day, with a request count. We don’t store the raw address in the waitlist database. These short-lived rate-limit records are cleared as subsequent requests arrive. Cloudflare may separately process connection and security logs.
Your choice, including leaving the list
You can withdraw consent, correct your email, ask about your data, or request removal by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Use “Remove me from the Compound Kim waitlist” as your subject to unsubscribe. We may need to verify requests made from a different address.
We keep your signup while the prelaunch waitlist is active unless you ask us to remove it. When the list is closed, we will delete it or ask for your permission to keep sending updates. Removal from active records may not immediately remove copies in Cloudflare’s recovery backups.
Cookies and other websites
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party font services. Links to the existing-client offer take you to a separate website with its own data practices.
